why would you just make...
Dhuum is a "simple" boss in a small story line aside from the bigger aspects of things in GW, why not make him a full on story (not expansion) but a story that explains why he is back, or how he came back, what his motives are....
instead of heres a new boss. |

I believe the lore was touched upon in Nightfall, where it was explained that followers of Dhuum and Menzies were aiding Abaddon. This lore was then expanded upon by the Halloween quest that preceded Dhuum's awakening.
